About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Lead)
to drive our end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of talent markets, employer branding, and leadership hiring. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across levels while leading and mentoring the TA team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Manage leadership and specialized hiring requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage.
  • Team Leadership
  • Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, ensuring adherence to recruitment best practices.
  • Drive performance metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
  • Strengthen the employer brand through innovative hiring campaigns and social media presence.
  • Organize recruitment drives, campus hiring, job fairs, and industry networking initiatives.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to align recruitment processes.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment partners, consultants, and vendors.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and present recruitment dashboards and analytics to leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in handling leadership and niche hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze hiring metrics.
  • Team leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
    , with at least
    2–3 years in a lead/managerial role
    .
  • Exposure to multiple industries and large-scale hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
