About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment and onboarding processes at Intertek India. The role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring operations and HR analytics within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open roles.
  • Assist in managing recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports using MS Excel.
  • Work on special recruitment projects such as employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
  • Maintain candidate data accuracy in internal systems and ensure timely communication with applicants.

Who Were Looking For

  • Pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Full-time program).
  • Prior exposure to recruitment projects, HR internships, or campus hiring will be an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data management).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
