Role Overview

As a
TA Intern
, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing databases, and supporting bulk & urgent hiring needs.

You will work closely with TA Manager & HRBP to understand manpower requirements and contribute to smooth hiring operations.

This is a hands-on role designed to give you
real recruiting experience, ownership, and industry learning

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal referrals
  • Shortlist profiles based on job requirements
  • Conduct primary screening calls and schedule interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers, hiring dashboards & daily reports
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and panel members
  • Support bulk hiring drives for field roles (Housekeeping, F&B, Operations, Property Managers)
  • Manage communication with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Assist in onboarding documentation when required
  • Create job postings, internship listings, and hiring creatives (with the design team)
  • Provide daily updates to TA Manager and HR team

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple candidates
  • Basic understanding of recruitment, HR practices, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic documentation
  • Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and people-handling confidence
  • Students pursuing graduation / freshers interested in HR are welcome
