Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, including assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, providing basic nursing services, and ensuring patient comfort. The role involves working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent
  • Patient care and basic nursing skills
  • Experience in monitoring vital signs and handling medical equipment
  • Ability to assist patients with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from nursing staff
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus
