Job SummaryThe Staff Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards, clinical guidelines, and Saudi MOH regulations. The role requires compassionate nursing practice, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary medical environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
Provide direct patient care including assessments, nursing procedures, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records, charts, and reports.
Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the physician immediately.
Handle emergency cases and provide first-line care when needed.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and assist in clinical procedures.
Manage medical equipment and ensure proper sterilization.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-care instructions, and preventive health practices.
Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and relatives.
Maintain patient confidentiality as per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure nursing practices comply with Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) standards.
Maintain nursing station organization and availability of supplies.
Participate in hospital quality improvement programs and training sessions.
Education & Certification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid Nursing License
Saudi Prometric & Dataflow preferred (or willingness to complete).
Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical center.
Experience in ER, ICU, Ward, OPD, or any specialty is an advantage.
Strong clinical and patient care skills.
Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Teamwork, empathy, and professional work ethics.
