Job Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers, especially high-value and repeat clients
- Provide personalized service to ensure a luxurious and memorable in-store and post-sale experience
- Maintain accurate customer profiles, preferences, and special occasions in the CRM system
- Manage customer follow-ups including product inquiries, repairs, custom orders, and feedback
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotions, events, and clienteling efforts
- Plan and coordinate exclusive customer engagement events and gifting programs
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain deep product knowledge to assist clients with confidence and expertise
- Report regularly to management on customer trends, feedback, and retention metrics
