Key Responsibilities

1. Legal

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal agreements, contracts, and company policies.
  • Conduct research on labor laws, corporate laws, POSH compliance, and regulatory updates.
  • Support documentation for audits, board resolutions, and statutory filings.
  • Help in maintaining legal records and preparing compliance reports.

2. Human Resources (HR)

  • Assist in HR operations including leave management, employee engagement, and policy documentation.
  • Support the creation and rollout of HR policies and internal communications.
  • Help coordinate training programs, workshops, and compliance sessions.
  • Contribute to HR analytics and reports.

3. Recruitment

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Work on job descriptions, postings, and resume database management.
  • Assist in onboarding activities and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Engage with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in Law / HR / Management / related field.
  • Strong research and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
