Key Responsibilities
1. Legal
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal agreements, contracts, and company policies.
- Conduct research on labor laws, corporate laws, POSH compliance, and regulatory updates.
- Support documentation for audits, board resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Help in maintaining legal records and preparing compliance reports.
2. Human Resources (HR)
- Assist in HR operations including leave management, employee engagement, and policy documentation.
- Support the creation and rollout of HR policies and internal communications.
- Help coordinate training programs, workshops, and compliance sessions.
- Contribute to HR analytics and reports.
3. Recruitment
- Support end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Work on job descriptions, postings, and resume database management.
- Assist in onboarding activities and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Engage with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in Law / HR / Management / related field.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
