HR Intern (Fresher) – Remote Internship (2 Months)
About the Opportunity
We are looking for passionate and driven HR Interns to be part of our Human Resources team in a
2-month remote internship program
. This is a fantastic chance to gain
practical HR exposure
while working with a dynamic team. You'll get the opportunity to explore different facets of HR, from
recruitment to employee engagement
, and contribute meaningfully to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with
end-to-end recruitment
(job postings, resume screening, interview coordination) - Support
onboarding & induction programs
for new hires - Maintain and update
HR records, databases, and documentation - Participate in
employee engagement initiatives & virtual events - Contribute to drafting and refining
HR policies and handbooks - Support
payroll and compliance-related activities - Collaborate with different departments for HR-related tasks
Who Can Apply
- Freshers or recent graduates in
HR, Business Administration, or related fields - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of
HR functions, recruitment & policies
(preferred, not mandatory) - Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - High sense of
confidentiality, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
