Position Overview :

Digitide is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations within a dynamic and creative organization.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.


• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.


• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.


• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases.


• Assist in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities.


• Participate in onboarding activities for new hires.


• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with LinkedIn and online job portals.


• A keen interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
