About the Role
We're hiring a hands-on Growth, Data Analytics & Ops Executive to support how growth decisions are designed, measured, and executed.
This role sits at the centre of:
- Lifecycle journeys (CLM)
- Pricing and pack performance
- Demand activation
- Operational readiness
We operate on a contracted expert supply model, not a marketplace. Growth here is about precision, timing, and utilisation, not volume at any cost.
What You'll Do1. Growth & CLM Analytics
- Track end-to-end user funnels:
- Signup → first interaction → first recharge → repeat usage
- Build cohort analysis by:
- User type (new / repeat)
- Category
- Geography
- Time window
- Measure performance of CLM journeys across push, in-app, and messaging
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and high-intent segments
2. Pricing, Packs & Revenue Analysis
- Analyse performance of:
- Minute-based packs
- Samplers
- Cashback and bonus offers
- Track:
- Pack conversion
- Utilisation vs breakage
- Effective ARPU
- Support pricing and offer experiments with clean pre-/post analysis
- Flag cannibalisation, revenue leakage, or margin risks early
3. Growth Ops & Execution Support
- Support operational rollout of:
- CLM campaigns
- Pricing changes
- Pack launches
- Coordinate with:
- Growth
- Product
- Category / Ops teams
- Ensure:
- Campaigns go live as planned
- Configs, copy, and timing are accurate
- Act as a final sanity check before launches
This role keeps growth execution tight.
4. Demand Activation vs Planned Supply
- Monitor demand signals against planned expert availability
- Help identify:
- Under-utilised supply windows
- Risky over-activation periods
- Support Growth in timing offers responsibly
- Share insights that help balance experience and revenue
5. Dashboards, Reporting & Hygiene
- Build and maintain growth dashboards:
- Funnels
- Revenue metrics
- Campaign outcomes
- Ensure:
- Metric definitions are consistent
- Data is clean and trusted
- Support weekly and monthly reviews
- Answer ad-hoc questions with speed and clarity
6. Experimentation & Learning Discipline
- Help define metrics before experiments launch
- Track results and document learnings
- Maintain an experiment log:
- Hypothesis
- Change
- Outcome
- Insight
- Contribute to decisions on what to scale or stop
What We're Looking For Must-Have
1–2 years experience in:
- Growth analytics
- Business analytics
- Revenue ops
- Product op
Comfort with:
- Funnels and cohorts
- SQL (basic)
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong execution discipline and attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience with:
- App analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- CLM tools (MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage)
Exposure to:
- Pricing or monetisation
- Consumer internet or subscription products
