We are seeking a
creative and versatile Marketing Associate
with exceptional
visual design skills
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, be highly proficient in
PowerPoint
and
Figma
, and be eager to contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives—from crafting compelling social media content to producing polished broker/client presentations. This role also involves supporting content creation for blogs and articles, requiring both creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Visual Communication
  • Create visually engaging presentations in
    PowerPoint
    for client and internal use.
  • Design digital and print marketing materials using
    Figma
    and other relevant tools.
  • Develop creative content for social media platforms aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation
  • Assist in writing and editing blogs, articles, and other web content to enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and consistent in tone.
  • Brand Support
  • Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all design and content outputs.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing toolkits, brochures, and campaign materials.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with brokers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to create high-impact client deliverables.
  • Provide design and marketing support for events, campaigns, and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience:
    1–3 years of relevant marketing/design experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in
    PowerPoint
    and
    Figma
    (portfolio or work samples required).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Content Skills:
  • Strong writing and editing abilities for blogs, articles, and marketing copy.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to take on diverse marketing tasks.
