Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand visibility, lead generation, and overall marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, and active interaction with followers.
  • Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and follower growth.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive lead generation.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve lead quality and conversion goals.

Product Management:

  • Design and package travel products and experiences tailored to customer preferences.
  • Develop new travel verticals and niches for the sales team to capitalize on, ensuring alignment with market trends.

Marketing Budget Management:

  • Strategically allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet performance goals.

Collaboration and Brand Building:

  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, content creators, and media platforms to expand brand presence.

Skill Set & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, with expertise in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Very strong inter-personal skills to work with the sales and operations teams.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to design engaging campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
