Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Zivia IVF, a leading fertility clinic. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to achieve volume targets for patients seeking fertility services. This role involves building and managing strong relationships with referral doctors, implementing sales activities to expand brand presence, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a robust referral doctor connect program targeting obstetrics, gynecologists, and General Practitioners.
Foster strong relationships with referring doctors to enhance patient referrals.
Implement sales activities such as camps and community connect programs to penetrate new markets.
Plan and execute strategies to increase walk-ins and footfalls, contributing to the clinic's growth.
Collect, collate, and share market and competition feedback on crucial parameters like pricing, promotional strategies, and offers.
Propose plans to achieve desired revenue and market share in alignment with the business plan.
Develop and execute daily sales plans to achieve targets effectively.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management.
Ensure smooth coordination and strong relationship management between Zivia IVF doctors and referring doctors.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise to maintain positive relationships.
Work diligently towards achieving revenue targets set by the organization.
Devise and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and meet financial objectives.
Identify and activate new territories for business expansion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for new territories.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or fertility industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to analyze market trends and competition to formulate effective strategies.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
