About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail -oriented Assistant Manager – Architect to lead the ideation, design coordination, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high -quality design delivery aligned with project goals and sustainability standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Development & Coordination Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless design coordination. Review and validate architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent and project standards. Monitor and manage design deliverables throughout all project phases. 2. Project Planning & Execution Support Coordinate with site execution teams to resolve design -related queries during construction. Support project managers in meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Facilitate approvals from relevant authorities and clients for design submissions. 3. Documentation & Contractual Support Assist in preparing and finalizing design contracts, scope of work, and tender documentation. Ensure all drawings, layouts, and BOQs are accurate and up to date. 4. Sustainability & Quality Implement IGBC/Green Building design principles across projects. Conduct regular design reviews to ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards. 5. Communication & Stakeholder Management Maintain clear communication between design, site, and project management teams. Present design concepts and updates to senior management and clients effectively. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and execution Excellent coordination and communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office Familiarity with IGBC/LEED certification standards Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet strict deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile: B.Arch with 8–10 years of experience in design coordination and project management. Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial architecture projects. IGBC Certification (Mandatory/Highly Preferred).Requirements Minimum Qualifications â— Diploma –Electrical, B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical and Electronics Experience ● 6 -10 years Technical Skills ● BIM Software ● Autocad 2D & 3D Modeling ● Revit MEP ● Navisworks ● Data Management Behavioural Skills ● Problem Solving Skills ● Teamwork
