About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Architect to lead the ideation, design coordination, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality design delivery aligned with project goals and sustainability standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Design Development & CoordinationCollaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless design coordination.Review and validate architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent and project standards.Monitor and manage design deliverables throughout all project phases.2. Project Planning & Execution SupportCoordinate with site execution teams to resolve design-related queries during construction.Support project managers in meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives.Facilitate approvals from relevant authorities and clients for design submissions.3. Documentation & Contractual SupportAssist in preparing and finalizing design contracts, scope of work, and tender documentation.Ensure all drawings, layouts, and BOQs are accurate and up to date.4. Sustainability & QualityImplement IGBC/Green Building design principles across projects.Conduct regular design reviews to ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards.5. Communication & Stakeholder ManagementMaintain clear communication between design, site, and project management teams.Present design concepts and updates to senior management and clients effectively.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and execution Excellent coordination and communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office Familiarity with IGBC/LEED certification standards Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet strict deadlinesPreferred Candidate Profile: with 8–10 years of experience in design coordination and project management.Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial architecture projects.IGBC Certification (Mandatory/Highly Preferred).RequirementsMinimum Qualifications ● Diploma –Electrical, - Electrical and ElectronicsExperience ● 6-10 yearsTechnical Skills● BIM Software● Autocad 2D & 3D Modeling● Revit MEP● Navisworks● Data ManagementBehavioural Skills ● Problem Solving Skills● Teamwork
