Summary: The Assistant Manager – Architect plays a pivotal role in driving the successful conception, coordination, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong command of design integrity, technical precision, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will ensure that all design deliverables meet project objectives, adhere to sustainability benchmarks such as IGBC, and align with client expectations. By bridging the gap between design, construction, and project management teams, this role ensures seamless delivery of high -quality, innovative, and environmentally responsible architectural solutions. Responsibilities:Lead design development and coordinate across consultants, vendors, and internal teams to maintain alignment with project vision and standards.Review and validate architectural drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency with design intent.Monitor and manage design deliverables throughout all project phases, from conceptualization to construction documentation.Collaborate closely with site execution teams to resolve design -related queries and support smooth on -site implementation.Support project managers in achieving quality, cost, and timeline targets through proactive design oversight.Facilitate timely approvals from regulatory authorities and clients for design submissions and revisions.Assist in preparing and finalizing design contracts, scope of work, tender documents, and BOQs with precision.Ensure all technical drawings, layouts, and documentation are accurate, current, and compliant with project requirements.Integrate IGBC and other green building principles into project designs to promote sustainability and energy efficiency.Conduct regular design reviews to uphold environmental, safety, and quality standards across all deliverables.Serve as a key communication link between design, site, and project management teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.Present design concepts, progress updates, and revisions to senior management and clients with clarity and confidence.Requirements Requirements:Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with 8–10 years of progressive experience in design coordination and project management.Proven track record in managing commercial, residential, or industrial architectural projects.Mandatory IGBC Certification (or highly preferred).Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite for design and documentation.Familiarity with BIM workflows, Navisworks, and Revit MEP for integrated project delivery.Strong understanding of data management practices in architectural project environments.Excellent problem -solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.Minimum Qualifications: Diploma – Electrical, B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical and ElectronicsExperience: 6–10 years in relevant architectural or construction project roles.
