Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Manager, Business Development and Analytical Lab Operations will oversee daily operations of the analytical lab, develop business strategies, and manage client relationships. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure project efficiency and quality, setting goals, and driving business growth. The manager will also ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and will be responsible for reporting and performance analysis.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in Analytical Lab Operations, including Quality Control and Compliance
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
