About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager Finance to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial decisions.

You will play a key leadership role in strengthening financial discipline and supporting business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cash Flow & Accounting Management: Oversee daily cash flow, accounts receivables, and payables.
  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare, implement, and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Compliance & Audit: Maintain compliance with statutory laws, coordinate internal and external audits, and verify books of accounts.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities and assist in securing funding when required.
  • Financial Governance: Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Performance Review: Track key financial ratios, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience: 0–4 years of relevant experience in financial management, planning, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and audit management.
  • Proven ability to handle investment analysis and financial governance.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
