Scouting for Head of Supply Chain Management for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should possess below core expertise to qualify for this leadership role

  1. A highly motivated and self-driven professional to develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for IT procurement. This role involves managing compliance and the end-to-end source-to-pay (S2P) cycle within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

    2. Development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for both direct (80% IT software, hardware, services) and indirect (20% HR, Admin, Finance, Legal) procurement, thereby ensuring alignment with and support of the organization's overarching strategic objectives.
  2. Successful management and optimization of the entire procurement process, from requisition through to delivery, to ensure procedural efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the timely acquisition of essential resources.
  3. End-to-end leadership of large-scale and intricate IT procurement projects, ensuring all project goals and timelines are achieved.
  4. Consistent attainment of favourable commercial terms and conditions, coupled with proficient management of the contract lifecycle to safeguard corporate interests and maintain adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  5. Proactive cultivation and maintenance of robust vendor relationships, regular performance evaluation, and the identification and mitigation of all contractual and operational risks.
