The company is looking into extending these offerings to other markets such as Aviation / Transportation such as Metros / Railways etc.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Manager

to manage procurement and vendor development process activities in a fast-paced aerospace and defence environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RFQs, PO generation, vendor negotiation, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and send Request for Quotation (RFQ) to vendors.

· Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize vendor selection.

· Generate Purchase Orders (PO) using Tally Prime.

· Coordinate with the warehouse team for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing.

· Follow up with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.

· Collaborate with the finance team for invoice verification and payment processing.

· Maintain and update the Purchase Order tracker regularly.

· Handle end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely supply.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's / master's degree in electrical
and Electronics Engineering
.

·
5+ years of experience
in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing roles.

· Prior experience in the
aerospace, defence, or electronics manufacturing
sector preferred.
