About the Role

To be responsible for managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition and supporting core HR generalist operations, including onboarding, employee records, coordination for payroll, basic compliance support, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR administration. The role requires strong hiring capability.

What You Will Do

  • To understand the manpower requirements from the department and prepare recruitment plans accordingly.
  • To source candidates through various job portals, referrals, consultancy, and local hiring channels, as applicable.
  • To perform the CV screening, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with the respective departments for the technical interviews.
  • To manage end-to-end recruitment closing, including offer release, negotiation, and joining formalities.
  • To execute joining formalities, including documentation, background checks, and employee master creation.
  • To conduct structured induction and onboarding for new employees as per the company process.
  • To maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • To administer leave management, attendance regularization, and employee queries.
  • To support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee master inputs.
  • To support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication activities.
  • To handle routine employee grievances and escalate complex issues to management, assist in implementing HR policies, and ensure employee adherence.
  • To support statutory compliance documentation related to labor laws, audits, and inspections.
  • To coordinate with external consultants, recruiters, and service providers as required.
  • To prepare and share HR MIS related to recruitment, attrition, headcount, and attendance.
  • To support performance management, appraisal cycles, and training coordination activities.

What You Need to Bring

  • A Graduation or Post-Graduation in HR
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Interviewing & screening skills, Data Management, Employee Handling, Payroll, HR Software, HR Concepts
  • Strong communication Skills, Coordination Skills, Negotiation skills,
