Job Title: Inventory Management Executive (Construction Industry)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

About The Role
We are looking for an Inventory Management Executive with hands-on experience in the Busy Inventory Software, to manage and monitor material stock for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory tracking, timely material availability, and smooth coordination between procurement, site teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily inventory records in Busy Inventory Software.

Track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with procurement and site teams to forecast and plan material requirements.

Monitor movement of construction materials across sites and warehouses.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits.

Generate reports (stock, consumption, wastage, reorder levels, etc.) and share with management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for inventory handling.

Liaise with vendors and logistics teams for timely delivery and dispatch.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the construction industry.

Hands-on expertise in Busy Inventory Software (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and material management.

Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/related field preferred.
