Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations Management Manage operations across all kitchens, outlets, and delivery zones. Develop and execute expansion strategies and scalable systems. Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, delivery, customer service, and support. Implement performance metrics and drive accountability. Customer Experience & Quality Control Maintain top-tier food quality, hygiene, and service standards. Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement. Supply Chain & Inventory Oversee procurement, vendor relations, inventory control, and logistics. Ensure cost-effective sourcing and minimal wastage. Financial Management Monitor P&L, control costs, and ensure profitability. Forecast budgets and report performance metrics. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to FSSAI, labor laws, fire safety, and other regulations. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 7–12 years in F&B, cloud kitchen, QSR, or hospitality operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field. Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-location teams.
