Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Business Process Management, located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive company growth. As a key leader, you will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing effective process management strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure streamlined business operations and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Business Analysis and Business Process evaluation skill
  • Strong Analytical Skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field
  • Master's degree will add an advantage
