Job Description

  • To uphold a corporate culture fostering integrity and compliance.
  • To maintain and utilize a repository of compliance-related knowledge.
  • To identify and implement strategies to address compliance risks by either mitigating or resolving issues and providing general guidance to prevent similar situations.
  • To serve as principal contact regarding Due Diligence, TPRM, and G&H Module inquiries from stakeholders.
  • To conduct Genesis training sessions for new staff below the GM level.
  • To develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, in collaboration with management.
  • To assist in preparing, reviewing, and presenting reports, documents, and presentations.
  • To assist management by gathering content for eLearning Modules.
  • To contribute to the management and execution of all eLearning Modules.
  • To provide support for all training-related activities.
  • To track and report on training statistics across regions and coordinate with regional SPOCS to ensure training/certification completion.
  • To offer administrative, organizational, and scheduling support and structure.
  • To ensure that all policies, regulations, and manuals are up to date across platforms.
  • To support the preparation of various reports involving gathering information, research, and meeting attendance.
  • To complete special projects and other tasks as assigned.
  • To serve as a liaison and represent the manager on issues and initiatives.
