Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior design projects (residential, commercial, and hospitality).
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to ensure visualizations align with the design concept and material specifications.
  • Translate 2D drawings, mood boards, and sketches into accurate and realistic 3D visuals.
  • Apply lighting, textures, materials, and finishes to achieve photorealistic quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Continuously update and maintain a library of 3D models, materials, and textures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest visualization tools, rendering engines, and design trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in interior visualization.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of Lumion/Enscape/Unreal Engine is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, lighting, and material application.
  • Ability to produce high-quality photorealistic renders under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
