**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Job Title: Interior Designer

Designation: Interior Designer & Showroom Sales

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience : 1 - 4 yrs

Education / Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field required;
- Coursework in computer-aided design (CAD).

Acadamics : 60% Above (UG/PG/DIPLOMA)

**Mandatory : Portfolio**

**JOB DISCRIPTION**

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**
- mapping and developing understanding of target territories and markets;
- gathering market and customer information;
- generating enquiries, especially HEX walk-ins and visitors, in coordination with Studio BD team

and the various channels of business generation, in particular Architects and Hettich APC
- meeting and / or making presentations to potential customers, architects and designers to

prospect for new business;
- developing and maintaining relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and
- representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations;
**DESIGN, SALES AND PROJECT EXECUTION**
- listening to and developing a clear understanding of customer requirements, designing solutions

and presenting 3D render design appropriately to make Hettich and Modular sales;
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- coordinate project execution;
- achieving your sales performance targets, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
**Mandatory Skills**:
Proficient in AutoCAD Plan & Elevation, SketchUp, 3D Render design and other design programs

**Desirable skills**:
Politeness

**Skills to be evaluated on**:
First class academic record, Lively, Socially confident, Communication, Interpersonal, Listening skills
