As an Interior Designer at ADDON Interiors & Constructions, you will play a crucial role in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. You will collaborate with a team of passionate professionals and work on a diverse range of projects, from residential to commercial spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design Development**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Generate innovative and functional design concepts that align with client expectations.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- **Space Planning and Layout Design**:

- Develop detailed space plans and layouts that optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- **Material and Furniture Selection**:

- Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the design concept and meet quality standards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant elements into design proposals.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
- **Client Communication and Presentation**:

- Communicate design concepts effectively to clients through presentations and discussions.
- Address client feedback and make adjustments to designs as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹12,020.68 - ₹25,000.00 per month
