Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects in developing architectural designs for various projects.
- Drafting: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Research: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to support design decisions.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and present design proposals.
- Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing project documentation including design presentations, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Quality Control: Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
- Site Visits: Visit project sites to observe construction progress and address any design-related issues.
- Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3ds max, Lumion and other design tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior architects.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings and documents.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies in the field of architecture.
- Professionalism: Professional demeanor and commitment to upholding ethical standards in architectural practice.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and technical skills is preferred.
