**Key Responsibilities** 1. **Design Development**: - Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for diverse projects. - Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations. 2. **Technical Documentation**: - Prepare and develop detailed working drawings, plans, and specifications. - Collaborate on the production of construction documents and tender packages. 3. **Collaboration**: - Work closely with senior architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. - Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews. 4. **Project Coordination**: - Support in managing timelines and deliverables to meet project goals. - Assist in site visits, surveys, and documentation. 5. **Innovation and Learning**: - Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture, design, and technology. - Actively participate in training and workshops. **Required Skills and Qualifications** - **Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture or design firms. - **Software Proficiency**: - **Mandatory**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray. - **Preferred**: Grasshopper, GIS, or other parametric tools. - **Technical Skills**: - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. - Proficiency in producing detailed working drawings and construction documentation. - **Soft Skills**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Pay: ₹11,405.91 - ₹28,303.11 per month
