Position : Python Fullstack Architect

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of backend services using Python, Django, or FastAPI.
- Oversee frontend development using React.js, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product management, to deliver high quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring for developers, ensuring best practices in software development.
- Design and implement APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services.
- Optimize database queries and design for scalability, leveraging PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the DevOps process for smooth deployment and integration.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation in project development.

Key Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python (Django, FastAPI) and React.js.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and front-end/backend integration.
- Experience in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong leadership experience, mentoring development teams, and driving technical strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with additional frontend libraries such as Redux, Typescript.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or other modern web technologies.
- Experience with security best practices, particularly in authentication and authorization.

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
