Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for the position of Accounts Manager. The Accounts Manager will oversee financial transactions, maintain records, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports. Additional responsibilities include tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and analyzing financial data for strategic decision making. The role also entails liaising with clients, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of financial transactions, account reconciliation, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously
  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CMA certifications are an advantage
  • Previous experience in a financial or accounts management role is highly desired
