Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks will include bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and supporting audit activities. The role also requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books and TallyPrime
  • Understanding of ERP systems and experience with their implementation
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial reporting
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or service industries is a plus
