Job Description

Essential Responsibilities / Skillsets

Perform month-end close activities – journal entries, accruals, payroll accounting.

Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.

Support special projects as assigned.

Mentor junior team members to enhance team capability.

Desirable Responsibilities

Experience in transition projects; ability to handle transition-related challenges.

Analyse complex financial reports and records and make recommendations.

Client-facing role – lead calls, act as operational point of contact.

Optional Responsibilities

Ability to manage projects and teams.

Handle or escalate client issues and suggest resolutions.

Qualifications

CA Inter - M Com

Requirements

-     Qualifications / Certifications Any Financial & Accounts PG / CMA – CPA / CFA / CA Inter (Semi Qualified )

Essential

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.

5–8 years' experience in Finance & Accounts.(Incl. Internship experience)

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Desirable

Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.

Exposure to cross-functional team management.

ERP & Accounting Tools: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks.

Soft Skills (Expected at Senior Analyst Level)
