About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, brand visibility, and business growth for our tiles showroom. The ideal candidate is energetic, well-presented, and confident in dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, and premium clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase showroom sales and brand presence.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure smooth client handling and project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and architectural requirements.
- Maintain client database and submit weekly reports on leads, visits, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales (tiles/surfaces/building materials preferred).
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and project cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
- Must be proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable reaching out to new clients.
- Confident personality with the ability to conduct meetings and presentations effectively.

- High level of professionalism and goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
