Head of Engineering – SG Consulting
Location: Remote (Preferably Jaipur)
Compensation: Pure Equity Role
SG Consulting ) is an AI-first product company building next-gen platforms across VIZ (BI & Visualization), BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud), and Voice AI Agents. We're on a mission to create an AI Operating System for businesses, powering scale, automation, and intelligence.
What You'll Do
- Own the engineering vision, architecture, and execution for our platforms (VIZ, BYOC, Voice).
- Lead, grow, and inspire a world-class engineering team across backend, AI/ML, infra, and DevOps.
- Drive scalability, reliability, and cost-efficient cloud solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Implement best-in-class practices: CI/CD, MLOps, observability, testing, and responsible AI.
- Collaborate with product & AI teams to ship high-impact features fast.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years building scalable software / AI/cloud platforms.
- Expertise in cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, containers, and infra automation.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, BI dashboards, or Voice AI.
- Proven leadership: hiring, mentoring, and delivering at scale.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in zero-to-one and growth environments.
