Role Description

We are seeking a visionary
Vice President of Global Business Development
to join us as a
core leadership partner
on an
equity-only basis
. This role is designed for a
strategic builder
who is motivated by impact, ownership, and long-term wealth creation.

As VP of BD, you will:

  • Lead
    global business development efforts
    , from strategy to execution.
  • Drive
    international sales growth
    and forge high-value partnerships.
  • Negotiate
    strategic deals
    and structure long-term collaborations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive
    go-to-market strategies
    .
  • Build relationships with
    CXOs, investors, and decision-makers
    across markets.
  • Act as a key driver of SG Consulting's
    revenue growth and global expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in
    global business development and enterprise sales
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    international markets, negotiations, and strategic partnerships
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to
    achieve and exceed growth targets
    .
  • Leadership experience in building and scaling BD or sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the
    ability to thrive in an equity-based leadership role
    .
  • An advanced degree in
    Business, Marketing, or a related field
    is preferred.
