Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head - Civil located in Jaipur. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors; ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; and troubleshooting any issues that arise on the site. The Project Head will also be responsible for reporting project progress to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Experience in civil engineering design and construction
  • Proficiency in using project management and engineering software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry
  • Problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the construction process
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is a plus
