As a Sales Executive at NIIT, your primary responsibility will be to engage with colleges in and around your base city. You will connect with Deans, HODs, and TPOs to demonstrate the value that NIIT brings to their students. Organizing sessions, events, and webinars for students to introduce them to NIIT's new-age career programs will be a key aspect of your role. Your contribution will help kickstart their careers and provide valuable career counseling to potential learners such as final-year college students and unemployed graduates. You will assist them in planning their career paths and showcase how NIIT can accelerate their professional journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with colleges to connect with Deans, HODs, and TPOs - Organize sessions, events, and webinars for students - Provide career counseling to potential learners - Promote the uniqueness and effectiveness of NIIT's online learning model - Manage the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads - Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads on the CRM system Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities - Hardworking individuals with dedication and determination - Previous experience in EdTech or field sales would be advantageous - Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional is desirable In addition to the above, NIIT values qualities such as great listening skills, trustworthiness, patience, and powerful empathy. Building strong relationships with potential learners is crucial. A disciplined approach to building a funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets and deadlines is essential for success in this role. You should also be willing to travel, work in the field, and have a genuine enthusiasm for achieving incentives and advancing in a sales career with NIIT.,
