Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, banquets, and hospitals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with prospective clients to understand their supply needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of business with customers.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and business performance updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in
    Business Development or B2B Sales
    , preferably in food supply, FMCG, or HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
