Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, banquets, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with prospective clients to understand their supply needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of business with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business performance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in
Business Development or B2B Sales
, preferably in food supply, FMCG, or HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering). - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
