We are seeking a
dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist
with proven expertise in
Sales Recruitment
, ideally within the
luxury real estate domain
. This role demands strong sourcing skills, recruitment strategy execution, and close collaboration with business leaders to bring the best sales talent onboard.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage
end-to-end recruitment:
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Specialize in
sales recruitment
, identifying and hiring high-performing sales professionals.
· Leverage
job portals, LinkedIn, social media,
and referrals
for talent sourcing.
· Effectively use
ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment automation
to drive efficiency.
· Collaborate with
hiring managers & leadership
to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
· Conduct
candidate assessments & interviews
to ensure strong cultural and performance fit.
· Manage
offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
· Facilitate
smooth onboarding
and ensure a positive candidate experience.
· Track and analyze
recruitment metrics
(time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
· Support
employer branding initiatives
to position Saturn Realcon as an
employer of choice.
Qualifications
· Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
· 2–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (preferably in sales hiring within the real estate sector).
· Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry trends.
· Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and job boards.
· Excellent sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement skills.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
· Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple mandates.
· Passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience.
