About the Role
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong real estate domain knowledge
to join our HR team. This role is dedicated to hiring top talent for
real estate sales, channel partners, and related functions
. You will drive bulk recruitment initiatives, build a steady talent pipeline, and collaborate closely with sales leaders to support large-scale hiring in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate Sales, Channel Partners, and Non-IT roles - Drive and manage
bulk hiring
initiatives for large real estate sales teams - Collaborate with sales leaders and business managers to understand
real estate-specific hiring needs - Source candidates through
real estate networks, channel partners, job portals, referrals, and social platforms - Conduct screening interviews to assess
communication, sales acumen, and domain understanding - Build and maintain a strong
real estate talent pipeline
to support business expansion
What We're Looking For
Experience in
real estate recruitment
(channel partner hiring is a strong plus)
Proven ability to handle
high-volume sales hiring
Strong knowledge of
real estate domain, market trends, and networks
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to perform in a
fast-paced, target-driven
environment
Proactive mindset with a passion for
matching the right talent to real estate roles
