At Circled Advisory, we specialize in luxury residences, premium commercial spaces, and curated land sourcing across Bangalore's most exclusive micro-markets.
We're hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to build and maintain a strong luxury property supply pipeline.
This is not a direct sales role you won't be closing deals with clients. Instead, you'll focus on finding, onboarding, and managing relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers so our sales team has the right inventory to work with.
What You'll Do
- Track new listings across portals, websites, and networks to spot fresh luxury inventory.
- Reach out and onboard owners, brokers, and developers to bring properties into Circled's network.
- Negotiate commercials and align on terms for partnerships and exclusivity when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory in our internal database.
- Stay connected with brokers and owners regularly to get updates on availability and price changes.
- Support sales with up-to-date supply information and documentation.
Who You Are
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in real estate, research, or business development.
- Strong communication skills comfortable engaging with brokers, owners, and developers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Comfortable working independently and handling online research.
- Keen interest in the luxury real estate space.
