Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory
- Conduct regular hospital visits for sales pitches, product/service presentations, and follow-ups
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements as per company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, clinical, billing, etc.) to facilitate seamless service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain sales reports, market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Provide timely updates on pipeline, conversions, and key account performance

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer relationship management & networking skills
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred: Healthcare/Pharma/Business Administration)
- 1–5 years of healthcare/hospital sales experience preferred
- Experience in interacting with doctors, nursing heads, hospital admin, and purchase departments is an advantage
Expected Attributes:
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory
