
Executive Assistant to Founders

We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan )As an Executive Assistant, your core role will be managing calendars of Founders. Making travel arrangements, managing expense claims and reports.
For executing this role well, you should be exceptionally well organised, manage time well and perform tasks with less supervision. You will contribute to the efficiency of our organisation and business by providing personalised and timely support to the Founders. Prior experience in a similar role is a must, experience of working and directly reporting to Founders is mandatory.
Expected Responsibilities:Hands-on with managing the calendars, proactively set up internal and external meetings and look into end to end guest management. Manage travel bookings and accommodation arrangements. Manage day to day expenses and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Act as a strong POC between Founders, employees, investors, clients and partnersProvide administrative support whenever required and assist in company internal events. Expected Skills:We are a start-up and we are focusing on fast growth with quality products hence the ability to work in a fast-paced environment goes without saying. Other than that:Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
Prior work experience in a similar role is a must. Excellent MS Office knowledge and strong familiarity with office gadgets and applications (eg: e-calendars, copy machines, google spaces/sheets)Polished communication both verbal and written. High on initiative and personal accountability.
Strong ability for discretion and uphold confidentiality. Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional demeanour and Exceptional interpersonal skills.
