Onsite Preferred (Remote / WFH available for ideal candidates)
Experience Level: 2-5 Years
Shifts: US Shifts (7pm-4am IST)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research
Curate and maintain high-quality lead lists aligned with target industries, clients, and decision-makers in the US IT sector.
Research prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and market intelligence tools.
CRM & Sales Funnel Management
Manage and update HubSpot CRM with accurate lead, contact, and deal information.
Track and manage KPIs including outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
Sales Outreach
Create targeted and personalized sales pitches for email and LinkedIn outreach.
Coordinate with onshore sales representatives for follow-up calls and virtual meetings.
Campaign Execution & Reporting
Execute outbound email campaigns and social media outreach.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate from top colleges preferred; other strong candidates also considered.
- Experience: 2-3 years in US IT Sales or business development, preferably in IT services or staffing.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
Skills:
Strong research and lead sourcing capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling and tailored sales messages.
- Data-driven approach to measuring and improving KPIs.

- Sharp, analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
