Job Description

We are hiring a Client Relations Executive to handle client interactions, site visits, and sales support. The role involves maintaining CRM records, preparing quotations, coordinating customization requests, and managing client follow-ups. You will also assist with online meetings, project presentations, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM updates, client feedback, and CIS sheets.
  • Conduct site visits and guide clients.
  • Prepare and share quotations during meetings.
  • Schedule Google Meet calls with NRI clients.
  • Coordinate with construction and post-sales teams.
  • Track hot prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Graduate (Business/Marketing/Real Estate preferred).
  • 1–3 years of client servicing or real estate experience.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
