Job Description

We are looking for HR Freelancers (0–3 years) who can support our recruitment and HR coordination activities. This role offers flexibility with Work from Home or Work from Office options.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation formalities.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for various job roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for closures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Any stream, HR preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / HR / talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
