Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource - Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment and operational activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
The intern will also have opportunities to learn and contribute to HR process automation using digital tools to improve efficiency and data management.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as staff referrals, consultants, job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting.
- Assist in various recruitment stages — sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, interview coordination, HR interview, salary discussion, and reference checks.
- Participate in campus hiring and coordinate with college placement teams for internship or fresher recruitment.
- Help maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards through Google Sheets.
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with candidates and interview panels.
- Assist in HR process documentation and help redesign workflows to improve efficiency
- Support in performance management processes, data collection, and report generation.
Job Requirements
- Pre-Final or Final year student pursuing master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any prior internship/work experience in a Human Resource or related field.
- Positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude.
- Curious and innovative, with a drive to contribute to HR process improvements.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR automation initiatives.
- Participation in extracurricular activities (college events, student clubs, volunteering, or leadership roles) demonstrating initiative, teamwork, and leadership potential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across functions.
