Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions, ensure compliance, and help foster a positive and inclusive culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits with the finance team.
  • Support management with workforce planning and HR strategy.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources operations or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
